Finca Es Banc d'Oli is located in a quiet area in the east of Mallorca. The first records of the house date back to 1785.

 It was acquired in 1995 by the artistsMiquel Catala and Luis Fernando Ramirez who undertook the complex task of    restoration of the house and  the design of its gardens, being his maximum the integration of the typical construction and decoration elements of Majorcan constructions.

 

The interiors of the house are decorated with furniture from the 18th and early 14th centuries. housing in it a large collection of art, some of the works created  by the  owners, getting Thus, an environment with its gardens and fountains that transports us to the summer palaces of the Mallorcan nobility of those years.

The large open spaces of the property allow you to observe the Mallorcan countryside that surrounds it, with wonderful views of the Tramuntana mountain range, the Puig de Cura, Mont Ferrutx, and the surrounding countryside. and  the  Puig de Sant Salvador on the horizon, and from its comfortable outdoor facilities you can contemplate and enjoy  the wonderful sunrises and beautiful sunsets. making  this place an authentic oasis  full of vegetation  color, light, tranquility and absolute dissection.
